Good Morning! This is Mother Squeezer, the newsletter that stays cool and brings you clever life hacks, updates and insights, along with timely information about our favorite Activist Investor, Ryan Cohen, and our favorite stocks - GME and BBBY.

Ok, ok, it's not hard to stay cool when the lows have been in the 20s. But, arctic temperatures aside, we're excited since we feel like we're in the home stretch.

Writing these newsletters takes quite a bit of time. Some days my back aches from all of the time sitting reading, researching, hunting jokes and memes. My wife has been encouraging me to try yoga. In fact, she's bent over backwards to try and convince me. /joke

Speaking of staying cool, if you are in a hurry to chill a warm drink, today's clever life hack will really be a life changer:

We had no idea - still trying to wrap our head around this!

Did you know?

The Inuits and ancient Chinese can take credit for inventing sunglasses. In the 12th century, Chinese sunglasses were made from panes of smoky quartz used to dim the light. Inuits used walrus ivory to create goggles with small slits to peer through. Sunglasses similar to what we wear today can be traced back to 18th century English optician James Ayscough, who originally created spectacles with tinted lenses, which he thought could improve vision.

The BBBY Bond Deadline is Around the Corner

As long as it doesn't get extended again, the deadline for the offer that was extended to the bond holders expires Monday at 11:59pm. No matter the outcome, or even if it does get extended again, we're still expecting big things over the coming weeks.

The current speculation is that Carl Icahn is involved in the acquisition of the company and sells Buy Buy Baby to a group involving Ryan Cohen (Dragonfly). Carl Icahn has a history of buying undervalued companies that have hidden assets. Scooping BBBY bonds and shares at this level is very attractive to a "well-capitalized acquirer". This all goes back to at least August and hasn't yet been disproven.

Regardless of how close things play out to the speculation, it's cool - we feel the end is near!
