Good Morning! This is Mother Squeezer, the newsletter that won't get shaken out and brings you clever life hacks, updates and insights, along with timely information about our favorite Activist Investor, Ryan Cohen, and our favorite stocks - GME and BBBY.
It's been a rough month in the stock market. The weak hands have been shaken out and the strong ones are questioning their holding ability. The Dow Jones Industrial average has fallen right at 10% over the past 30 days and it doesn't look like we're out of the woods yet.
Did you hear about the bear that walked into a Chase bank, pointed a long, thin piece of wood at the ceiling and shouted… “This is a stick up!” /joke
It's Friday which means a much needed weekend to hang out at home and relax. Speaking of hanging, if you need to type a paper and don't have a document holder, try today's clever life hack:
Also, consider keeping one in your car in case you lock your keys in!

The coat hanger was invented in 1860 by O.A. North, who fashioned a space-saving clothing hook. The original hanger that North created consisted of a piece of wire that had two narrow ovals joined together in the middle with a twist, and a hook for the rack above it.
Can You Sense the Optimism?
On yesterday's earnings call, you could hear the confidence in the voices of those who presented. Sue Gove (Interim CEO) seemed to have a touch of excitement along with confidence as she delivered updates today. Laura Crossen (Interim CFO) and Patty Wu (EVP) also chimed in with a bit of pep in their tones.
The sentiment on Reddit was positive as well. u/MarkTib1109 shared this yesterday:
We're not sure how long they can keep the price down but at these levels we'll take it as an opportunity to continue accumulating. One thing is for certain, bankruptcy is off the table yet the price is trading as if it's not.
We're looking to have a good Christmas this year and we'll need Bed Bath and Beyond to help bring in some holiday cheer!
